Does the child trailer offer UV protection?
The side windows and the integrated rain cover of the Croozer Kids from model year 2018 offer you a UV protection factor of 80+. The textile body of our children's bike trailers offers a UV protection factor of 50+ thanks to its weave density and coating.
How can I make sure that my children don't get too warm in the bike trailer in summer?
When it's really warm and sunny in summer, it's best to roll up the rain cover and leave the insect screen down. This way, sufficient fresh air flows into the bike trailer from the front. If it still gets too warm for your children, you can leave the boot lid of your Croozer open during the journey - then additional air can also enter the passenger compartment from the rear without causing unpleasant draughts.
Is a sun canopy integrated in the trailer?
For trailer models up to model year 2023, we recommend the Croozer sunshade, which is available as an accessory. It is made from the same fabric as the trailer itself and therefore also offers a UV protection factor of 50+.
