Croozer GmbH has also established an anti-discrimination policy for itself. The principle of equality in the German Basic Law obliges the state to treat all people equally and fairly. At the same time, like the General Equal Treatment Act (AGG), it prohibits any discrimination, harassment or violence based on certain characteristics. As a medium-sized company, Croozer would therefore like to set a good example and not only fulfil these requirements, but also go one step further. This means resolutely opposing discriminatory behaviour, harassment or violence and also providing targeted support to people from marginalised groups. Once again this year, we sat down together and analysed our sustainability status quo. The sustainability report is prepared in accordance with the German Sustainability Code! The most important points in brief:

1. More and more products can be successfully converted to solution dye. We have been successfully certified as a ‘bicycle-friendly employer’ with silver status and the product carbon footprints have also been created for each product category.
   
2. Other important projects relating to sustainability, such as the creation of an (internal and external) Code of Conduct and the reorganisation of the auditing of our production processes, have also been tackled.
   
3. Some goals have not yet been achieved for various reasons. We also want to communicate this transparently and continue to work on realising these goals in the future.
