Online shops that appear to be selling our products at an unbeatable price are popping up all the time.

If an online shop has the following features, caution is advised:

• Prepayment by bank transfer as the only payment option
  
• No common trust seals (e.g. Trusted Shops)
  
• Prices significantly lower than other online prices
  
• Imprint address not entered as a company on Google Maps or similar
  

These shops are not Croozer contractual partners - they sell, but will not deliver any goods.

If you want to be absolutely sure, please follow these steps:

• Take a look at the imprint of the online shop.
  
• Enter the postcode of the address given in the Croozer dealer search.
  
• Is the supplier listed? Then it is an official Croozer dealer.
  
• The provider is not listed? Then be careful - order from another online shop!
  

If you are unsure, please send an e-mail to kommunikation@croozer.com - we will be happy to check this for you. We would also be pleased to hear from you if you suspect a fake shop so that we can pass this information on to our lawyer. Thank you very much!
