In accordance with applicable law, all Croozer bicycle trailers “Croozer Kid Yuuna”, “Croozer Kid Vaaya”, “Croozer Kid Keeke”, “Croozer Kid Plus”, “Croozer Kid”, “Croozer Kid LE”, “Croozer Dog Peppa”, “Croozer Dog Jokke”, “Croozer Dog Bruuno”, “Croozer Dog L”, “Croozer Dog XL”, “Croozer Dog XXL”, “Croozer Cargo Kalle”, “Croozer Cargo Pakko”, “Croozer Cargo Tuure” and “Croozer Cargo” are covered by a 2-year statutory warranty.
All Croozer bicycle trailers bought after 20.03.2025 (“Croozer Kid Yuuna”, “Croozer Kid Vaaya”, “Croozer Kid Keeke”, “Croozer Kid Plus”, “Croozer Kid”, “Croozer Kid LE”, “Croozer Dog Peppa”, “Croozer Dog Jokke”, “Croozer Dog Bruuno”, “Croozer Dog L”, “Croozer Dog XL”, “Croozer Dog XXL”, “Croozer Cargo Kalle”, “Croozer Cargo Pakko”, “Croozer Cargo Tuure” and “Croozer Cargo”), and Yuuna Kid Modules (“Yuuna Kid Module: Baby Lounger”, Yuuna Kid Module: Premium Seat” and “Yuuna Kid Module: Basic Seat”) , are eligible for an extended warranty period as offered by Manufacturer (Croozer) that is activated only by completing the product registration process.

Furthermore, starting with the 2018 model year of our bicycle trailers "Croozer Kid Yuuna" (including Yuuna Kid Modules - “Yuuna Kid Module: Baby Lounger”, Yuuna Kid Module: Premium Seat” and “Yuuna Kid Module: Basic Seat”) , “Croozer Kid Vaaya”, “Croozer Kid Keeke”, “Croozer Kid Plus”, “Croozer Kid”, “Croozer Kid LE”, “Croozer Dog Peppa”, “Croozer Dog Jokke”, “Croozer Dog Bruuno”, “Croozer Dog L”, “Croozer Dog XL”, “Croozer Dog XXL”, “Croozer Cargo Kalle”, “Croozer Cargo Pakko”, “Croozer Cargo Tuure” and “Croozer Cargo”, we also offer an extended manufacturer’s warranty that applies to defects in the materials or workmanship of the seat, cover, fabric body, parking brake, bumper, handlebar, joggerwheel arms, wheels, hitch arm and hitch. This warranty applies in addition to the statutory warranty. The warranty period for the aforementioned models and specified components is 3 years from the date of original purchase of the respective bicycle trailer.

Our warranty applies to defects in materials or workmanship of the safety frame of our bicycle trailers "Croozer Kid Yuuna", “Croozer Kid Vaaya”, “Croozer Kid Keeke”, “Croozer Kid Plus”, “Croozer Kid”, “Croozer Kid LE”, “Croozer Dog Peppa”, “Croozer Dog Jokke”, “Croozer Dog Bruuno”, “Croozer Dog L”, “Croozer Dog XL”, “Croozer Dog Enna”, “Croozer Dog Mikke”, “Croozer Dog Tammo”, “Croozer Dog XXL”, “Croozer Dog Enna”, “Croozer Dog Mikke”, “Croozer Dog Tammo”, “Croozer Cargo Kalle”, “Croozer Cargo Pakko”, “Croozer Cargo Tuure” and “Croozer Cargo”. The safety frame is shown in green in the illustration below. The warranty for the safety frame runs for a period of 10 years beginning on the date of original purchase of the respective bicycle trailer.

All products bought before 20.03.2025. and not earlier than year 2018 are already covered by a 2-year statutory warranty, an additional 3-year manufacturer’s Warranty on your trailer (the warranty does not extend the statutory warranty period. It runs in parallel, offering additional protection) and 10-year Warranty on the safety frame, but we strongly advise you to do your product registration to get additional customer service benefits such as quicker processing of your inquiries or special offers for accessories and spare parts that are only available to registered customers.
In the case of a warranty claim, Croozer will inspect the bicycle trailer and determine whether the claim is covered by the warranty. If the claim is determined to be valid, then Croozer will, at its own discretion, repair the bicycle trailer, replace it with an equivalent product, reimburse the buyer for the purchase price or provide the buyer with a new Croozer bicycle trailer.
Warranty claims must be accompanied by the original sales receipt with the date of purchase, as well as the bicycle trailer. This manufacturer’s warranty covers only one customer. The “customer” is the natural person who owns the bicycle trailer. Persons who purchased the bicycle trailer in order to resell it or use it in the context of any commercial or self-employed professional activity are not considered the customer in the sense of this warranty.
This coverage operates alongside and in addition to your statutory rights under consumer law (warranty and product liability). These statutory rights, which in some cases may be more favourable to you as the purchaser, are not affected by this warranty. In addition, our warranty does not affect your rights (as the customer) against the seller from whom you purchased the product.
This warranty shall not apply to defects caused by improper assembly or installation, improper use, overloading or catastrophic damage caused by persons other than Croozer GmbH and also not to incidental or consequential damages. Furthermore, it does not apply to defects caused by ordinary wear and tear or to cuts, tears or other damage caused by impacts or accidents that occur after delivery. The warranty shall not apply to Croozer bicycle trailers that have been improperly stored, improperly modified or cleaned with improper cleaning methods or agents. The warranty shall also not apply to damages caused by repair work that was not authorised by Croozer GmbH.
