Croozer GmbH has also established an anti-discrimination policy for itself. The principle of equality in the German Basic Law obliges the state to treat all people equally and fairly. At the same time, like the General Equal Treatment Act (AGG), it prohibits any discrimination, harassment or violence based on certain characteristics. As a medium-sized company, Croozer would therefore like to set a good example and not only fulfil these requirements, but also go one step further.
