E-commerce Manager (m/f/d) full-time

We are looking for a full-time e-commerce manager (m/f/d) for our location in Hürth as soon as possible.

THIS IS YOUR FUTURE AT CROOZER
Strategic and Operational
  • You create and take responsibility for the e-commerce strategy, derive the strategic digital sales plan from it and implement it for your area of responsibility in line with the existing sales structure.
  • As part of annual reviews, you negotiate contract and purchasing conditions.
  • You develop and agree annual sales and turnover targets for your area of responsibility to ensure sustainable long-term sales growth.
  • You are responsible for operational processing (processes, inventory management, order processing, logistics & improvement of the customer journey) and quality of our produc catalogues in coordination with the relevant interfaces and departments.
  • Best practices and UX are not foreign words to you: you make a significant contribution to improving the customer journey and develop customer loyalty concepts and plan digital marketing measures in coordination with the key interfaces and departments.
  • You are supporting our Digital Team reg. maintenance, management and further development of our online shop, including product presentation and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • You create market, competition and potential analyses and use them to develop fields of action for growing our market share in your area of responsibility.
  • You analyse and report sales performance based on data analysis and customer feedback, and generate learnings and suggestions for optimising product ranges, sales measures, marketing activities and sales promotion measures in coordination with your sales and marketing colleagues.
What you bring to the table
  • You have a degree in Business Administration or a comparable education with a focus on E-Commerce.
  • You have gained in-depth experience in E-Commerce or E-Commerce environments and are enthusiastic about digital platforms and online marketing.
  • You have a strong digital affinity, experience in web analytics and are familiar with OKRs and KPIs.
  • You love analysing data and using it to derive measures for further developing and improving e-commerce.
  • You are convinced of the benefits of our products because it is in line with your values to promote sustainable mobility.
  • You are ambitious and a team player with a sense of humour.
  • You have a very good knowledge of German and English.
  • You are interested in actively shaping and developing internal processes.
  • You have the ability to put the needs and wishes of our customers at the centre of your daily work.
