Salary and Financial Accountant (m/f/d) full-time

We are looking for a full-time Salary and Financial Accountant (m/f/d) for our location in Hürth as soon as possible.

THIS IS YOUR FUTURE AT CROOZER
Financial accounting
  • You are responsible for the correct account allocation and booking of all business transactions in the general ledger and sub-ledgers, including asset accounting and the associated invoice verification.
  • You are familiar with the execution of payment transactions in euros and foreign currencies.
  • You will assist in the preparation and creation of the monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB).
  • You are responsible for the monthly reports (advance VAT return, summary report, Intrastat and Z4 report).
  • You plan and monitor our foreign exchange management.
  • You are responsible for creating and monitoring short-term liquidity planning.
  • You are the point of contact for auditors and tax advisors.

Wage and salary accounting

  • You create the monthly payroll accounting and are responsible for reporting and certification
  • You are the point of contact for employees, social insurance agencies and authorities for all matters related to income tax and social security
  • You are responsible for creating evaluations and statistics for account reconciliation
What you bring to the table
  • You have completed commercial training or have a comparable qualification.
  • You have several years of professional experience in accounting/payroll accounting, as well as in-depth knowledge of income tax and social security law.
  • We expect you to be able to work confidently with the DATEV accounting software.
  • You enjoy working in a team, accuracy and diligence are a must for you.
  • You always act reliably and responsibly with regard to the complete, correct and timely completion of your tasks.
  • You enjoy working with numbers and data and find it easy.
  • When communicating with colleagues, superiors and external partners, you are open, engaging and to the point.
