There are currently an increasing number of phishing attempts in which fraudsters pose as our company. The aim of these attacks is to steal confidential data such as passwords or payment information or to achieve a transfer to false account data. We have already filed a criminal complaint in one case. Please note the following security information:
- Always check the sender's email address before replying.
- Never click on suspicious links in e-mails
- Do not disclose any confidential data
- We never request the disclosure of passwords or bank details by e-mail or telephone
- Should our bank details change, we will contact you personally
- If in doubt, please contact us via our official channels
If you have received a suspicious email, please forward it to phishing@croozer.com so we can take appropriate action. We are actively working to make our systems and processes secure for you and are always available to answer any questions you may have.
